CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend the full conference, you may register a replacement from your organization to attend the full conference at no additional cost. 
Cancellations with full refunds will be accepted until Friday, September 25th. Cancellations received between Saturday, September 26th and Friday, October 16th will be refunded with a $500 cancellation fee deducted. Cancellations received on or after Saturday, October 17th will not receive a refund. Only substitutions from the same organization will be accepted at that time.

All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing to conference@pppcouncil.ca.
